I use another engineer and he's cheaper than you but I sent you some work this week! Me: Correct I replied to your email almost immidiately....why don't you use him if he's cheaper. Existing client: Well he doesn't always respond - difficult to get hold of.... Me thinking: You get what you pay for....(& we are not expensive) Existing client : I know. I'm very happy with your companies service....I have a duty to my clientele to find the cheapest solution... In every industry you will find someone cheaper offering the same 'service'. In reality the service you receive likely corresponds to the price you pay for the service. FYI, our prices are very reasonable. How do I know? Industry research and our clients telling us that we are very reasonably priced, (additionally the feedback is that our service is excellent!) We can't compete with the engineer and his van - nothing wrong with these engineers, but they are limited with the services they can offer, be it the flexibility of being in multiple locations around Manchester or beyond at any given day, or simply answering new or existing job enquiries in a timely manner. We at Certified Gas now have 3 full time repair and service engineers (we also replace/install boilers) & 1 office staff. We are thank G-D busy and in order to continue offering the level of service already in place we must hire an additional engineer. We are looking to take on the fourth engineer, though currently it is challenge to find one. You can always contact us for any of your gas requirements and queries via.... Email: info@certifiedgasltd.com Phone: 0161 843 5555 WhatsApp: 0161 843 5555 We'll do our best to accommodate and if we can't personally help, we'll tell you immidiately. #gasengineer #propertymanagement #gas
