Technology is only valuable in the classroom when teachers know how to use it and it works when you need it to. Vivi takes this to heart in product design and training.
When you choose Vivi, you get more than a fantastic solution. Great PD is also a valuable part of what we provide to our customers. But don't just take our word for it... here's what teachers from Hillbrook Anglican School had to say about their recent Vivi training session with John Pendergast 🌟

In the National Council on Teacher Quality's latest publication, "Reimagining the Teaching Role: How Strategic Staffing Can Attract and Retain Effective Teachers", they found that teacher dissatisfaction is the leading cause of turnover and that teachers seek a more innovative, collaborative profession. Teachers shared the same messages with Rekindle Education when discussing retention concerns. Which led us to develop a coaching model focused on meeting the needs of teachers and offering opportunities for connection through coaching, networking, and engaging in our professional learning community. See rekindleeducation.org to learn more about how we’re reimagining professional learning for teachers and giving teachers autonomy to increase teacher satisfaction and promote retention.

You are only competing against your own self. Forget about what the others can achieve. Many started before, or from a different place altogether. Focus on getting better, day after day. This can be hard: after a single day, there has not been much progress for one to feel, let alone celebrate. What can help is to break personal or professional goals into weekly or even daily objectives, so you are more aware of the little bits of progress happening as you go. I am still struggling to feel this, but it is definitely the way to go. #Growth #PositiveThinking #LifelongLearning #GoodPractice #RaisingAwareness
