🚆 A better user experience by saving clicks 🚆 I came across a ticket booking app for metro journeys and 🚆 noticed that the process of selecting a metro station required an extra click. 🚆 Additionally, the overall appearance of the app was dull and 🚆 the call to action was unclear. 🚆 To improve the user experience, I suggest a redesign that allows 🚆 users to quickly select a metro station by typing and selecting from a dropdown menu. 🚆 This can be combined with a search feature that utilizes voice commands and displays previously booked station history to select similar stations 🚆 Finally, the app should include clear calls to action to guide users towards completing their tasks more efficiently.
