Does it make sense to schedule as many patient consultations as possible? Yes ... and no. You don't want to fill your calendar with people who will never convert into a procedure - literally a waste of your time. You need to pre-qualify them. Set more barriers in place. Create more friction, more steps for the patient to go in order to schedule the consultation. Your consultation volume will go down. Patient quality will skyrocket. Sometimes it makes sense to take 1 step back to be able to take 3 steps forward.
