Consistency is 💤 key. It does not always have to be perfect (perfection does not exist anyway) as long as you keep rhythm. The same goes for sleep. Bedtime stories are aplenty as long as you keep reading them at the same time. And these bedtime stories do not come in digital format just before turning the lights off. Weekends or weekdays, your body does not know the difference.
