We’ve all been there at some point in our careers. You’ve given the job everything you can, and you’ve succeeded. You’re doing a great job, and people are noticing. You've given it your all. Your entire heart. This is the moment when you just know that a promotion and a raise are inevitable.

We love our Delventhal kiddos! And they all want their loved ones to return home from work each day healthy and whole, so they shared their coloring pages with us during Construction Safety Week. A big THANK YOU to all that participated! They're all great! In exchange, every kid will all receive a gift card to spend on a little something fun. I am sure at one time or another we have all identified with the pictures below.
1. As much as we prepare for the workday, we can always strive to do better. (This guy forgot to wear sunscreen.) 2. Some days it's all we can do to get out of bed. It's important to talk to your coworkers and encourage one another especially on the rough days. 3. Role modeling what it looks like to work safe. 4. This guy is happy (as shown by the dimples in his smile) because guy #3 took time to invest in him and show him how to work safe and lead. 5. Always do your best and don't keep it all inside. Speak up! You have something valuable to offer. 6. Don't be afraid to get your (right) knee dirty...or your hands for that matter. Work hard and push through! The best lessons are learned in the toughest conditions.
