Not sure if map has any correlation to Pay-to-Play in the US youth sport system. As an example: Families spend an average of around $1,188 a year on soccer costs, and travel soccer can cost $2,000 or more. That is why some sports are dominated by certain demographics or socioeconomically status which is not totally opposite in less developed countries (see soccer an an example).

Whilst family business has its perks and challenges, it’s a position I’ll always treasure… —————————————————————————- 🧡 My role isn’t confined to certain responsibilities. I work across every aspect of the business from accounts to sales to staffing. No two days are the same (with a million mph brain, this is perfect!) 🧡 I get to spend everyday with my Dad. We actually get on better in business than ever! 🧡 There’s no limitations. From areas of development to growth opportunities, together we choose which direction we want to take things. —————————————————————————- And then there’s the downsides, which people usually forget about 👇🏼 🔸You don’t have clocking in and out hours - you work until the jobs done. 4/5am starts aren’t unusual for us. 🔸The business’ success and future is down to you. Thats a pretty big responsibility. 🔸 You’re constantly putting out fires. It’s your business so all the problems come back to you to resolve. It’s stressful! —————————————————————————- For me, the positives outweigh the negatives tenfold. I feel like the luckiest person ever!

Brilliant play by Uber Eats. This 'ad for an ad' is more than a teaser campaign, and it's super smart. Creative aside (which I love), this current activity massively increases the on-air period of their campaign and reaches additional audiences within different channels versus what the Superbowl ad will reach, whilst also building that anticipation for the big day.
