WordCamp Europe was Per-fetto! 🇮🇹
We had a great time seeing the crafty side of our experts with some shirt making. 🎨 Kudos to Giles Beckley for the idea and execution!
And enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Envy Lounge & Secret Garden with experts and staff. 🍴 We couldn’t have done it without Stefano Ginella's coordination help.
Our experts can help with everything from your WordPress functionis to your tiramiSEO. 🤌

STAIRCLIMBER? Putting one foot in front of the other was part of my WordPress journey. Can 172 steps to the top of Santa Clarita Stairs prepare me for Xiangshan (Elephant Mountain) 500+ steps five minutes before sunrise?

Over the weekend WordPress co-founder Matt Mullenweg gave the closing remarks at WordCamp Europe 2024.
Here are the key takeaways:
- WordPress is working on several projects to improve the user experience, including data Liberation (making it easier to move data between platforms), WordPress to WordPress migration improvements, and Gutenberg enhancements.
- Gutenberg, the WordPress block editor, is being improved with a focus on performance, usability, and new features like a zoom-out view for easier page composition.
The speech also covered Matt Mullenweg's thoughts on the future of WordPress, including 11 principles he believes are important for the project to continue to thrive.
Here are some of the principles that stood out to me:
- Simplicity and Power: Simple things should be easy and intuitive, while complex functionalities should still be achievable. WordPress should cater to users with varying technical expertise.
- Easy-to-Edit Documentation: Imagine a wiki – that's how accessible WordPress documentation should be. Anyone should be able to contribute and improve the information available.
- Openness to Feedback: WordPress thrives on a culture of open communication and receptivity to user feedback.
- Security is Paramount: WordPress takes user security very seriously and continuously strives to make the platform safe and reliable.
- Privacy Matters: User privacy is a top concern. WordPress aims to provide users with control over their data.
Overall, the speech is a look at the current state of WordPress and a glimpse into the future of the platform. Matt Mullenweg emphasizes the importance of community, usability, and innovation in keeping WordPress the leading open-source content management system.

"The new site, no doubt has been a big reason for a lot of our newfound success. To say we are busy is an understatement!"
𝘈𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘯 𝘓𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴
When Adrian came to us, she had already gone through years (YEARS!) of developers who ghosted her, never finished the work, held her site hostage, and a few other negative stories; not to mention the amount of money she spent and got nothing out of it.
Before we had even started to build her website, she could tell THIS time would be different. By asking the right questions, finding out where her pain points were, getting the details of her online processes (and how they could be improved), and providing more strategies for her online success; her trust began to grow. 🥰
Now, she has an online tool that works FOR her business! She said her site has made her “Busier than a one-armed paper hanger!”
