1️⃣ Choose a Podcast Hosting Service
Before anything else, you need a reliable podcast hosting service to store your audio files. Popular options include:
1. Libsyn

These services offer features like analytics, RSS feed generation, and more.
2️⃣ Install a Podcasting Plugin
WordPress has several plugins designed specifically for podcasting. Some top choices are:

Install and activate your chosen plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository.
3️⃣ Configure the Plugin
After activation, configure the plugin settings:

2. Set up your RSS feed for submission to podcast directories like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Google Podcasts.
4️⃣ Create Podcast Episodes
Using the podcasting plugin, create new podcast episodes:
1. Add a new post and select the podcast episode post type.
2. Upload your audio file.
3. Enter episode details such as title, description, and show notes.
5️⃣ Embed Podcast Episodes
Most podcast plugins allow you to embed episodes in your posts or pages with a shortcode or block. This makes it easy for visitors to listen directly from your site.
6️⃣ Submit Your Podcast to Directories
To reach a wider audience, submit your podcast RSS feed to popular podcast directories:
1. Apple Podcasts
2. Spotify
3. Google Podcasts
Each platform has its submission guidelines, so be sure to follow them closely.
