Conquering 450 LeetCode Problems 🎉: A Journey of Perseverance and Growth Today, I celebrate a personal milestone: cracking 450 problems on LeetCode! This isn't just about numbers. It's about the thought process that I've built. The ability to break down problems, apply logic, and come up with a solution. It's about the confidence of knowing I can tackle challenges, head-on. Every solved problem fueled my confidence, while every roadblock pushed me to deeper understanding. I explored data structures, delved into algorithms, and learned to deal with complexity. I failed, I stumbled, I googled (a lot!), but most importantly, I never stopped learning. Discussion section and shared solutions sparked new insights. Their support made me understand that the struggle was real, but the reward was worth it. Yes, 450 down, but the journey continues. The infinite horizon of algorithms, and I'm excited to explore further. To those just starting your LeetCode journey, I say this: Celebrate small wins, every solved problem is a victory. Don't compare, learn and grow, your pace is yours alone. Find your tribe, communities are invaluable support systems. #leetcode #coding #dsa #problemsolving #codingjourney #growth #community

👨💻 Let’s talk about Legacy code 🗒️ During my career, I’ve seen many projects using outdating code. Furthermore, many of them contained terrible source code. Typically, it happened with startups. Those projects appeared and disappeared just as fast. No one spent time and money on quality code. Survived projects required bug fixing and new features. With this post, I want to start a small column about how to work better with legacy code. #LegacyCode

What is experience, actually? With my exposure to building a team for Code94 Labs and interviewing hundreds of candidates, something I figured was the “number of years” is not a great metrics to value your “experience”. In my opinion experience is all about: - How many mistakes you made. - How many problems you solved. - How many challenges you faced. I have seen, If you got 2 years of experience in a MNC you might not have as much “experience” a startup team who has just one year experience have. Why..?🤔 Because in a startup you are allowed to make mistakes, you are exposed to more responsibility, and you can solve more problems… hence you have more “valuable experience”💯 That’s something we advocate at Code94 Labs 🙌🏻

Founder & CEO, Smowcode | Making IoT Lowcode⚡++ | Supplying 10x coding speed to Embedded Systems Developers
It took 4 years, 1500+ nights, 1,00,000+ lines of codes and so many learnings to make coding easier for everyone. I love my team, working hard every day; setting the bar high for everyone who joins next. Every day we save 10s of 1000s of lines of codes and days of time for others. How do we do it? ✔ We work the most so that our users have to work the least. ✔ We focus on the next feature/bug immediately once the 1st is finished. ✔ We listen to our users. ✔ We don't focus on dream features as much we focus on user demanded features. ✔ We dont say no. We ask "how?" when a problem needs a solution. ✔ We keep improving not every month, not every week, but every day. ✔ We like to fail fast and solve fast. It's a delight to see our happy users saving coding time using Smowcode. Thanks to everyone who has been part of our operations and journey! - I am Adhik & I make software that makes software. #smowcode #techstartup #technology #nocode #lowcode #entreprenuership #entreprenuer #founder #techfounder #studentfounder #studententreprenuer #engineering #startup #funding
