In January, after almost 4 years, I decided to leave BoomBit. It was an incredible journey! 🚀
It's time for a new season. What will the future hold? At first, I plan to take a brief pause to recharge, then I'm eager to explore new opportunities in the realms of #mobile #games, in particular #product, #monetization, and #analytics.

📈 A few highlights from those years at BoomBit
It's been 4 years of dynamic growth (5 promotions), collaborating closely with both internal and external studios. I had a pivotal role in establishing a new department and leading new teams. I contributed to projects ranging from the smallest games to the company's top titles.
We could break down my contributions by area:
🎮 Product
- Contributed to over 20 games, touching on business, product, analytics, and monetization aspects; achieving many improvements in KPIs and setting new revenue records.
- "Hunt Royale" is the flagship title with over 40M USD income and >10M installs. I started as PO support, working on Monetization improvements. After KPIs increases, advanced to Product Manager, and ultimately served as the Game Head. I've been responsible for building Product & Business strategy as well as scaling the production team. 📊 Analytics
- Overhauled the Product Analytics area, including a new approach to data structure & insight-gathering strategy, alongside a complete rework of the A/B Testing process.
- Assembled and led a team dedicated to developing product dashboards & data analysis support for teams across BoomBit Group.
- Conducted >100 A/B Tests across genres: mid-core, casual, hyper-casual.
🛠 Game Design
- Enhanced the monetization strategy, particularly focusing on improvements in the casual and mid-core genres.
- Assembled and led a team dedicated to providing comprehensive design support for teams across BoomBit Group.
🏖 Traveling and exploring new countries & continents was my plan for the coming three months, but the dream was paused by an unforeseen ankle injury. This twist of fate has opened a window for rest and reflection on future paths. While I navigate this period, I'm more than happy to explore professional connections or simply catch up over a virtual coffee ☕
