The title of my paper is: "Italians in their 20s and work. Case study Out of My League (Sul più bello, 2020 - 2022)" In this paper I shall analyze three youth films of #AliceFlippi (born 1982), *Out of My League* (2020), *Still Out of My League* (2021) and *Forever Out of My League* (2022). This paper is a work-in-progress paper. It is a part of a bigger research project on “#Netflix and the Global Consciousness”. 

Searching for Winnetou. While we as Canadians are trying to reconcile our own understanding of our indigenous peoples (the abuses by our colonizing forefathers); far away in Germany an inaccurate story is unfolding. This story began with Karl May (1890) the author of a series of books that were popular for an early developing German population. May wasn’t indigenous and had never been near any indigenous people of North America. He made up these erroneous depictions of indigenous peoples. Completely inaccurate fiction. Is this cultural appropriation or appreciation? Most Canadian would consider it cultural appropriation and racist. Hobbiest in Germany strangely considered it appreciation. Watch and see the many perspectives of this story.

True Education is Not Scam It's not everything I know that I have picked up from the classroom. I follow major industry stakeholders globally and can spend two hours listening to an outstanding industry player even if I am not a fan of his. Universities in Europe and North America know the value of this and deliberately collaborate with industry practitioners to expose their students to the real world. 🛑 South African Universities the Cut Ties With Israel. Strong signals from the best South African universities to cut their ties with Israel. South African universities, likewise the government of South Africa, and other universities in the USA are also calling for divest and for promoting other major active actions against the aggression of the apartheid state of Israel. The FM, Naledi Pandor, of South Africa urges us to work as humans and to take in consideration the international laws. She also send strong messages to ICC to act accordingly and not to act with double standards. It is interesting to mention that South Africa has strong and powerful relations both in the African Union and BRICS countries. It is a major key player and actor in the global south that can influence shaping the geopolitical and economic landscape in these blocks.
