The past couple of weeks, I’ve spoken with two different #OEMs that had the challenges of selling indirectly and wanting visibility of the end-user. There are, of course, several benefits of having #channelpartners sell for you, so not having the final ship-to address doesn’t always matter. What we’ve seen and how we’ve helped some of our customers is by treating their channel partners as the end customers. One way to do this is by determining the #walletshare of equipment sold and benchmarking their aftersales. This will allow you to understand who the top, middle, and bottom performers are and create a plan of action to either reward or get them back on track!
