The week before last, the President gave us an unexpected opportunity by mentioning BattlBox instead of ballot box... twice. Our social media blew up, and so did my phone. We needed to respond swiftly and smartly, avoiding politics to prevent alienating customers. In my first post, I shared how we decided on a politically neutral sale with coupon codes BIDEN, TRUMP, and RFK. This strategy allowed us to leverage the attention while staying neutral.
