Building out a professional development for schools I support and of course anyone can use to help create scaffolded learning for staff. We all know PD cannot be a one shoe size fits all. So, I am using the Project Based Teaching Rubric as a launch for educators to identify a focus area in their practice and then trying to create a structured learning where they can then go and learn, apply, and develop their practices and plans in the PD. What resources, structures, protocols, etc. do you use in these areas that would be worthy to add?
