Are contact centers a source of human wisdom and empathy that #AI can't replace, or are they a faceless, volume-driven customer service necessity that AI can only improve? This idealistic article suggests the former, and while I do agree that outstanding, human-based call centers will be a differentiator for the few brands that are willing to foot the expense, given the conversational capabilities demonstrated by #GenAI solutions, the vast majority of companies will undoubtedly migrate to fully automated contact centers in the near future. https://lnkd.in/gz8AWX3V
