If you're looking at how much it will cost to make your business more sustainable, you are probably asking the wrong question. Yes, you could (and proabaly should) invest in tactical measures to reduce your carbon footprint - things like LED lighting, solar panels, or changing your fleet to EVs. Over time these investments will have a payback, will save you money and reduce your GHG emissions, but they won't really change your business. Here's an example of a company that's taken a more strategic approach. Embracing circular economy to rethink their business model dramatically increased their bottom line and overall value of the business. A great sustainable success story. A sustainable business isn't one that does less bad. It's one that does more good.
