CogSim Technologies Inc.’s Post

CogSim Technologies Product Spotlight - Day 4: TDL Tools Having the right tools for the job is critical to success. Our Tactical Data Link (TDL) Tools suite provides the insights necessary to monitor, analyze, inject, and troubleshoot TDL network traffic. TDL Network Explorer allows you to monitor, inspect, and export the content of TDL messages on the network. Powerful filtering tools allow you to isolate specific TDL messages using various criteria. Enumerated field values are decoded and presented in a user-friendly format. The captured message content may be exported in a text-based, human-readable form, or you can interact with an SQL database of messages. Individual messages can be composed, saved & recalled, and transmitted on the network for testing/stimulus purposes. TDL Network Explorer supports all of the TDL types and protocols supported by our TDL SDK, including Link 16, Link 22, and VMF, using SISO-J (SISO-STD-002) via DIS and HLAe, SIMPLE, JREAP-C, and MIL-STD-2045 47001D (CDTALS). TDL COP provides a real-time 2-dimensional depiction of the Common Operating Picture (COP) observed via the TDL network. PPLI and Surveillance track information can be inspected, and overlay graphics can be generated to assist with situational awareness. TDL Test Application simulates a dynamic TDL-enabled platform that reports its presence on the TDL network using the J2.x and J13.x series of messages and provides a dynamic test/stimulus function.
