How are the office to residential conversions faring in Texas? This seems to be a trend and topic many people keep talking about. Its definitely not without its challenges as it seemed initially their were quite a few redevelopers looking into this and then tapered off over time and several have continued to re-spark the conversation. It wasn't the savior many Class B owners had hoped for as to do a conversion, there are a lot of metrics that need to be met and very few actually meet these.
