The Rabbit r1 keynote at CES got the tech world buzzing and here's my breakdown of why I score this keynote at a 6.5. Now I want to say that I have tons of respect for the team over there. They are taking huge swings and it's exactly what the tech world needs. Will it work? Time will tell but they did some incredible things in the keynote. They also left a lot of room for growth and improvement. These moments can be huge for a company, both good or bad. Humane's recent launch left lots of people underwhelmed. Rabbit's was much better but still not great. And I want you to go from good to great with your product keynote. So take a watch and see the good, the bad, and how you can benefit. The challenge encouraged us to explore different approaches to creating long labels that are visually appealing and easy to comprehend. By doing so, we can ensure that our audience can quickly grasp the essential information we are trying to convey. How We Built a Fully Functional AI-Powered MVP in 24 Hours at a Hackathon🤯 Last weekend, we kicked off #AtlantaTechWeek by participating in the 24 hour Innovation Bootcamp hosted by ACT House .. Our team took on an exhilarating challenge: developing a fully functional AI-powered MVP in just 24 hours🕥 Forming a Strong Team 🏋🏾 We brought together a diverse group of talented individuals, each contributing unique skills and perspectives. Our synergy was key. Creating a Roadmap 🗺️ With a clear plan in hand, we mapped out actionable steps to keep us focused and on track during the intense 24-hour sprint. Dividing and Conquering ⚔️ We split into pairs 🖖🏾 Group 1: Crafted the concept, GTM strategy, and a detailed customer journey prototype. Group 2: Used this prototype to seamlessly build the AI-enabled backend. Staying Connected 🔗 Continuous communication was our lifeline, ensuring both groups were aligned and any issues were quickly addressed. Validating the Concept ✅ Conducted 5 in-depth customer interviews with real-world potential users to validate our concept. Their feedback was invaluable in refining our approach and ensuring we were on the right track. Executing the Plan 🎯 The detailed prototype allowed Group 2 to develop the backend efficiently, with each team member playing to their strengths. Gaining Traction 📈 Built the AI-enabled backend functionality. Created a waitlist of 7 future customers, representing over $X,XXX in potential sales. Commitment and Determination 🧘🏾♂️ No sleep 💤 Lots of Celsius🍹Our dedication and teamwork powered us through the night and turned our ambitious goal into a reality. Reflecting on this experience, we realized the power of strategic planning, clear communication, and leveraging each other’s strengths. Engaging directly with potential users was crucial in validating our concept and ensuring its relevance. Week 5 of Co.Lab  ✅ ✅ ✅ This week’s highlight was the Midpoint Demo, where some of the teams came together to present their projects! The team came together to write and edit the script, crafting a well-rounded presentation that displayed our MVP so far and all the work we’ve done. We only had 5 minutes to present, so this was definitely an exercise in being concise and communicating concepts quickly! We also watched the demos of two other COLAB30 teams, so we saw what they’ve been working on and how they’ve been spending their time so far. It was amazing to see everyone’s work, and how supportive all the teams are of one another. Next step: usability testing! #COLAB30 #joincolab #youbelongintech
