One of the biggest things most of us will gloss over is “Add massive volume” Being able to do that on a long enough time horizon is why many of us fail… -not a lack of talent -not a lack of effort Just not doing it enough… or long enough
GP's? I agree in sticking to familiar markets. Whatever the investment is, it's always best to start something you know but most importantly something you UNDERSTAND.
Just start = excellent advice, Cole With certain things, you have to jump straight in. You can't "listen to podcasts" your way to a perfect property.
Well said Cole Baker. the key is to get started and not overcomplicate things. Real estate is not complicated, but it does take dedication, consistency, and hard work. Just dig in.
Great advice here, especially picking your asset class. Syndications have opened up asset classes that were not as widely available in the past Cole Baker
