What drives candidates to change jobs? 🤔 In my experience, the primary motivators for job changes often revolve around growth opportunities, work-life balance, and company culture. Many professionals seek roles that offer clear paths for career advancement and skill development. When these opportunities are lacking, it can trigger the search for a new position. 🌱 Another significant factor is work-life balance. With the rise of remote work and flexible schedules, employees are increasingly valuing companies that respect their personal time and offer flexibility. If a current employer fails to provide this, it can push candidates to explore other options. Additionally, a toxic or unsupportive company culture can be a major catalyst for job changes. People want to work in environments where they feel valued and supported. Lastly, compensation and benefits play a crucial role. While not always the primary reason, competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits packages can attract candidates into the market. The cost of living in the UK has been rising, and professionals are looking for roles that offer financial stability and growth. What are your thoughts? Have you experienced any of these triggers in your career? Let's discuss! 💬 #CareerGrowth #WorkLifeBalance #JobSearch

Could this be true? A recent survey by Gallup found that half (51%) of US workers are actively seeking, or more passively monitoring, new opportunities. This is the highest number since 2015. There are many possible reasons: 1) a concern that comp isn't keeping up, especially with inflation 2) stress/burnout 3) return to office mandates 4) feeling underappreciated/inconsequential 5) boredom 6) bad manager(s) My list could go on and on. I think for most people there usually isn't just one reason, but several that trigger the idea of a change. #jobchange #jobchangers #newjob #jobs #careers #workplacetrends
