Manual production welding can only get you so far before it’s time to invest into automation. Manual welding means: 👉 Struggling with onboarding and retaining new talent. 👉 Losing profits due to overtime and rework. 👉 Overwelding, as no welder can always make the weld precisely as required. (Higher labor, wire, and gas costs). 👉 Dealing with excessive lead times and backlogs. 👉 Relying on the unpredictable human element. A welder can get sick or quit when you need them the most. Welding cobots can solve these and other production challenges we discussed in our new blog. Read more on our site and slides below! #hirebotics #weldingautomation #cobotwelding #fabricationinnovation #roboticwelding #manufacturingautomation #industrialrobots #cobots #weldingtech #automationtechnology

Sometime it takes more time but not overtime because I draw it manually using AutoCAD. Off course it takes more time than drawing using an electrical drawing software. NB: Electricity when a heater was controlled by solid state relays. 380V, 11 KW 3 phase.

Here’s what I learned at Boeing writing step-by-step instructions for 700 airplane parts (which made the 4 flaps) in 6 months. Precision and attention to detail are practices and skills to gain. With aircrafts, one mistake could be catastrophic. I had to be 100% precise and accurate, so I reviewed each item over and over. This training sharpened my eye and reminded me that I can learn these skills. Repetition and consistency make you a sharper operator. Proofreading the same document 6 times hurts. But with repetition, I recognized the patterns and details, making me more efficient in my job. Trust is built overtime with evidence. I remember the first time I submitted my document to my manager, it got rejected over and over again. Once I learned to make no mistakes while building rapport, my manager knew my work's quality without checking everything. Trust is built over time and by demonstrating the ability to deliver. Practice does make perfect, especially in this case when there's no room for errors.

【 Case Study 】 #Proair AD: Cargo Shipment from Proair #Shenzhen #Warehouse to #Mexico MEX 🚀 🚀 🚀 📦 Please pay close attention to the #cargo #offloading and impacts of extreme weather on cargo transportation. For it, Proair has these services for all customers— 7 days locked #prices & #space, timeliness guarantee and overtime compensation, 7*24 service from Proair's Iron Triangle Team and so on. 🛫 🛫 🛫 Recently, the Proair successfully completed a shipment from China to Mexico. Due to force majeure factors (high temperatures and typhoons), the flight experienced significant cargo offloading, resulting in very little cargo being carried over the course of a week. Following these delays, Proair's Iron Triangle Team actively communicated with both the client and the airline. The airline quickly arranged for subsequent flights to prioritize the timely loading and shipment of our cargo, providing values for all customers journey. #proair #offloading #cargo #airline #delay #postpone #CaseStudy
