My daughter Sophie hired College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk and Moving of Poway to move her furniture. 1moWe used the College Hunks franchise out of San Antonio, they were by far the worst movers we have ever hired. They packed the truck which should have been a 3 hour job but made it last 7 hours as they moved so slow, left multiple items behind that we will have to have to move somehow as a couple of the pieces that they left are quite large. They packed light things on the bottom and heavy things on top. Broke 2 antiques that cannot be replaced and did a horrible job. The College Hunks team in Detroit that unloaded us were shocked by how awful the loading was and took pictures to help us get repaid for the antiques and multiple other items that were broken. We have tried to contact the office in San Antonio to file a claim but they refuse to call back. In more than 30 years of managing people the so called "job foreman" was by far the worst employee I have ever seen. The guys in Detroit were great so this is not a reflection of the whole company just the pathetic group out of San Antonio, TX. A word to the wise, be cautious!
