The disability employment gap – the difference in employment rates of persons with and without disabilities – was 21.4 in EU average in 2022, with just over 1 of 2 working-age persons with disabilities in employment (less for young people); and when in employment, persons with disabilities still earn considerably less. 📢 We ask that EU funding be used to ensure that mainstream vocational education and training programmes are inclusive and accessible for persons with disabilities, to facilitate their transition to quality jobs in the open labour market. #StandForInclusiveEU #UseYourVote
