One risk of picking a financial relationship based entirely on a branch footprint is that banks continue to choose to close their branches, so there is a potential for the customer to end up with no branch and a partner entity that potentially underinvested in the tech they now need It's a difficult world for consumers as they look to balance different pros and cons and a rapid rate of change in financial products. All of it amidst a cost of living squeeze making product choice even more important. https://lnkd.in/gPXTtPV4
