- Empowerment: Encouraging and empowering women to pursue their goals, dreams, and aspirations.
- Intersectionality: Recognising and addressing the unique challenges faced by women from different backgrounds, including race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, etc.
3. Expert:
- Leadership: Taking a leadership role in advancing gender equality, both within organisations and in society at large.
- Mentorship: Mentoring and supporting women in their personal and professional development, helping them overcome barriers and achieve success.

Remember, these levels are not fixed and can overlap. The key is to continuously learn, support, and take action to create a more inclusive and equitable world for women.
