Uptown institution Rosa Mexicano Restaurants is moving from 61 Columbus Avenue to the neighboring Empire Hotel. The restaurant signed a 15-year lease for 12,000 square feet across the entire second floor of Joseph Chetrit and the Podolsky family’s hotel at 1889 Broadway.
