A fascinating morning spent with property professionals, with, as well as the Bank of England and Caxtons' 6 month update of the Kent Property Market Report, a fascinating survey of those present. Among the most interesting answers, 74% felt that market confidence in the property sector would improve over the year with most of the rest staying it would say the same. Many companies (35%) did not have a net zero target but 44% were aiming to significantly reduce emissions. The barriers to doing more were cost (46%) and knowledge (29%).
