Stirling Property Funds Limited acquires Sydney Large Format Retail Centre for $55 million McGraths Hills Home large format retail (LFR) retail centre sold to Stirling Property Funds Limited Funds, brokered by CBRE’s James Douglas. Stirling’s Head of Property Scott Girard said, “The acquisition of McGraths Hill Home was well supported by our clients, who continue to be attracted to investment opportunities within the LFR sector. East Brisbane Marketplace sold for $16.25 million - CBRE IGA-anchored East Brisbane Marketplace sold by CBRE experts Michael Hedger and Joe Tynan for $16.25 million to Sydney-based investment group Maker Invest. Michael Hedger said the expression of interest campaign was strongly contested and received more than 100 enquiries with seven competitive offers presented. The sale of the 2,019sqm property is the largest IGA anchored transaction in Queensland since 2022 and is Maker Invest’s first acquisition into the neighbourhood sector. Charter Hall acquires Glebe Hill Village through JLL Tasmania’s retail centre, Glebe Hill Village sold to a Charter Hall managed fund for $50.25m, from Tipalea Partners, negotiated by JLL's Jacob Swan, Stuart Taylor and Tom Noonan.
