#Billionaires_row_in_New_York where only #ultra_rich people can afford to live. New York came into existence after #American_Revolution took place around 1700's to protest against the high taxes imposed by the #Britishers then. Earlier, it was just #colonies which went onto to house one of the #tallest as well as #thinnest #skyscrappers. Although Billionaires row give a sense of #identity, the idea of #digital_twin_building or #digital_twin_city is gaining more #prominence these days because of it's immense #potential to reach & #connect not just local but #global_network or audience. As most of the #CEO's or #BOD's also have an #office inside their homes & most of them prefer #5_bedroom_apartments or #penthouses which is a rarity in many buildings, providing separate space for each of the activities in the same building more like co-working space is also getting d#one. Part of the CEO's job is to participate in marketing_campaign process & these #digital_billboards or #led_screens or digital twin of buildings are allowing them to get better control over their apartments as well as growth. If we see how the mere existence of Bollywood in #Mumbai has risen the price of lands to ten times that of any other prime place in other cities & if we see the case of Hollywood then it has almost shifted from #Los_Angeles to #New_York. Slowly & steadily the idea is shifting towards more localized marketing campaigns for brand to the audience via these buildings so it is quite natural, everyone will be willing to get the apartment on rent even at higher prices which will increase the value of the building much like how the valuation of the businesses increase. Clan tartan is a part of Scottish heritage, history, and culture. Tartans became particularly significant in the 18th century after the Jacobite risings. Wearing specific tartans allowed clans to identify themselves and their allegiance on the battlefield. Over time, tartan adoption expanded and many patterns became associated with different Scottish regions as well as individual families and septs within the larger clans.
