Committed to fostering positive change, BCT focuses its visionary initiatives on enhancing communities, with a specific focus on the city of Chicago, Il. Our mission is to bridge gaps and create lasting positive impacts through a diverse range of services and programs. Founded by CPD Lieutenant Daniel Allen and Victoria Allen, BCT strategically positions itself in Austin, utilizing Daniel's extensive background in law enforcement, specializing in community policing, and Victoria's strengths in youth mentorship and community relations. BCT offers a comprehensive suite of consulting services, ranging from Community Policing Strategies, Youth Mentorship Programs, Music Services for Positive Impact, to Active Shooter Cafe presentation. Tailored to address the varied needs of our target market. Our target market includes law enforcement agencies, community organizations, educational institutions, religious organizations, and businesses. Our services are designed to achieve maximum impact. In one year, we aim to establish a strong local presence, securing key partnerships and contracts. In three years, BCT envisions expanding its reach to neighboring regions, becoming a recognized force for positive change. As we rise to meet the challenges of our rapidly changing world, I am continually looking at United Way’s interconnected network - of community members, partners, donors, volunteers, policymakers, and advocates - and seeing possibility and opportunity. With more than 1,000 local United Ways, our power lies in diverse ideas, creative programs, and innovative solutions. The good news: There's no problem a local United Way faces that another local United Way in our global system hasn't already solved. When we replicate these successes and bring them to scale, we can address our communities’ most critical challenges so all may thrive.
