Attending the GHC Celebration 2024 last week was a profoundly humbling experience. Surrounded by over 30,000 tech enthusiasts, this annual gathering was far more than just a conference - it was a true celebration of the remarkable women driving progress in our industry. To be part of this vibrant community, to see the plethora of talented individuals, filled me with a profound sense of pride and gratitude. Here are excerpts from few of my favorite conversations at the Chewy booth- 1. Whenever visitors asked me "What is your favorite part of working for Chewy?", I would respond with a bright smile, "Did you know you can bring your pets to the office?" It was delightful to see their faces light up with awe at this revelation. In fact, I made it a point to work this question into nearly every conversation I had at the booth. 2. When folks asked, "Have interns built any exciting features in Chewy?", I would open the Chewy app on my phone and show them the delightful "Birthday Greeting" feature that had been launched the previous week, which was built by a co-op. It was so fulfilling to see the twinkle in their eyes. 3. When someone asked, "What are some benefits of working for Chewy?", I would tell them about the "Pawternity" leave policy - similar to maternity and paternity leave, but for adopting a pet. It was rewarding to inspire people with these insights about the company. #LifeAtChewy #RunWithThePack #GHC24 #TechCareers

I want to start a family, be a life partner and a business partner with my wives. Regarding the business partnership. There are several ideas I have suggested. I am interested in joining many different partners/partnerships from around the world. Any of my wives who would like to be a partner in the business or several of them, depending on what she has to offer, the percentage of ownership from the particular business will be. FAQ - What does "Days to Respond" mean in the "Manage Reference" section? At Scout Reference, we try to keep you as up to date on your candidates and references as possible. Along with regular updates form our team, you will also have access to our portal. Here you will be able to manage your candidates, view/save references, and see very detailed updates on the progress of references. “Days to Respond” is a section that keeps track of how many days go by that a reference has not responded. Next to this section you will see extremely detailed notes about the action items our team has taken. You will see notes about voicemails we hae left, if the reference has scheduled a call, and more!
