"This year, CSI prioritized championing charter voices by ensuring active engagement in various committees, working groups, and task forces. In fact, nearly a quarter of CSI staff represented CSI and the charter voice at the state and national levels. Our voices will continue to be heard as we guarantee CSI schools’ interests are considered by decision-makers." 📢 Let's continue to champion Colorado charter public schools together! Please consider nominating the intersection of Dewey Ave & Driving Park A in the Edgerton neighborhood. “In our play we reveal what kind of people we are.” ~ Ovid Safe Gathering Space: A well-maintained playground offers a safe space for children and families to gather, reducing the likelihood of them being exposed to unsafe areas. Community Engagement: Playgrounds encourage community members to come together, fostering stronger relationships and a sense of belonging. Positive Youth Development: Access to a playground promotes physical activity, creativity, and social interaction among children, contributing to their overall development. Crime Reduction: Increased community presence in public spaces can deter criminal activities. Active, well-used areas are less attractive to those engaging in illegal behavior. Improved Mental Health: Playgrounds provide a natural setting for relaxation and stress relief for both children and adults, enhancing mental well-being. Economic Benefits: Revitalizing public spaces can attract investment, boost property values, and support local businesses by drawing more foot traffic to the area. Educational Opportunities: Features like a performance stage and mural and poetry walks can offer educational and cultural enrichment, inspiring creativity and learning. Community Pride: A beautiful, functional playground can instill a sense of pride in the neighborhood, encouraging residents to take ownership and responsibility for their community. Enhanced Quality of Life: Overall, a playground improves the quality of life for residents by providing a space for recreation, socialization, and cultural activities.

Republican nominee for Davis County Commissioner. Disclaimer: This account conveys my personal views and is not affiliated with my employer. All comments and posts are solely my own.
Voters First in Davis County. Local engagement is paramount to local governance. With the recent closure of the Davis County Clipper newspaper, community news and information has been limited. Local engagement is more important now than ever. Davis County is at a critical fork in the road and this election matters more than ever. I have taken the initiative to launch DavisUtahWeekly.com, an effort aimed at providing concise 1-2 minute recaps of the Davis County Commission meetings. I believe that keeping the VOTER informed and engaged is crucial for Davis County's well-being and growth. Taxes and Fiscal Responsibility must always put Voters First. Property values have doubled, and with it brought steep tax increases, I advocate for lower taxes and fiscal responsibility. High-density Housing is encroaching into our neighborhoods. I believe in preserving the character and integrity of our residential areas. These megastructures are not owned and operated by local Utah businesses. Additionally, I oppose the establishment of ill-conceived homeless shelters that will attract homelessness to our doorstep. We must address homelessness with effective solutions that do not jeopardize the safety and well-being of our neighborhoods. Davis County stands at a fork in the road, and now more than ever, our community needs representatives who prioritize the voices and concerns of its Voters. I commit to always putting Voters First and make sure taxes are low, high-density housing is better managed, and homeless doesn't come to our doorstep. ElectJohnCrofts.com.

As we look towards a brighter future for Gilroy, it’s crucial to have leaders who stand firm on the issues that matter most. I'm committed to bringing integrity, safety, and prosperity to our community. Here’s where I stand: Political Integrity: In times of dwindling trust, I pledge honest, transparent leadership that respects and responds to Gilroy voters. Public Safety: With a personal connection to law enforcement, I prioritize bolstering our police and fire departments, advocating for more personnel, competitive salaries, and improved infrastructure, including a new fire station. Local Control: I champion responsible growth, aiming to preserve Gilroy’s unique character against state mandates and ensuring our community decides its own destiny. Fiscal Responsibility: As a steward of taxpayer dollars, I will enforce policies that cut waste, increase transparency, and ensure funds directly benefit the community by fixing streets and enhancing public services. Downtown Revitalization: I support efforts to revitalize Downtown Gilroy, attracting businesses, jobs, and tourists to enrich our community's heart. With a platform built on integrity and a vision for a thriving, safe, and autonomous Gilroy, I am ready to lead. Join me in supporting a candidate who understands our challenges and sees our potential.
