As we grow, investing in leadership remains at the heart of our high-performing culture. In 2024, we partnered with Pragmatic Thinking to deliver three leadership programs tailored to executives, senior leaders, emerging high-potential talent, and an in-house program for our frontline leaders. These programs are built on the idea that good humans make good leaders. They are an opportunity for our leaders to step away from their day-to-day responsibilities, reflect on their leadership style, and explore how they can lead more effectively in the future. 2024 has been a busy year of growth, and as we look ahead to 2025, we’ll continue investing in our leaders at all levels. Together, we’ll keep moving forward and delivering on our purpose.
