Leadership #Exclusion Files 15: Leadership Parity.  True parity remains painfully out of reach for women. This according to the latest Women in the Workplace report from McKinsey, in partnership with LeanIn.Org. North America and Canada. And for women of color like myself,  the data and reality really sucks, to put it bluntly. Time to celebrate women in leadership roles! On average, women make up only 23% of high-potential pools at top-performing organizations. The numbers are even smaller in underperforming organizations, where only 14% of leaders in high-potential pools are women. DDI Global Leadership Forecast, 2023 It's sad to say that although the landscape has changed, the stats are still not looking great when it comes to equality. Women bring unique perspectives and strengths to leadership roles. Let's empower female leaders to thrive and break through barriers in male-dominated industries.
