Compass reported its second quarter 2024 earnings results today. Continuing to outperform the broader residential real estate market, our agents delivered $65 billion in sales volume and completed 60,390 transactions, generating $1.7 billion in revenue for the quarter, a 14% increase year-over-year. Compass also achieved an all-time high for net income of $20.7 million, while increasing quarterly market share to 5.13%. These strong results are thanks to the undeniable momentum that our agents and employees have built – demonstrated by 4 of the last 5 quarters of our company being free cash flow positive.
