Let's Talk Compa-Ratio! 💬 📊 Compa-ratio is a measurement technique used to compare an employee's salary (or a group of employee's salaries) to the midpoint of the salary range. 💡It's one of several metrics used to determine if employees are paid competitively and fairly. 🔢 The formula for compa-ratio will differ slightly depending on whether you are calculating for individuals or a group.
