Two important observances came up in the past couple of days: International HR Day on May 20 and World Day for Cultural Diversity on May 21. International Human Resources Day reminds us how important Human Resources are to nurturing talent, fostering growth, and building an organization's culture. On World Day for Cultural Diversity, we encourage cultural dialogue and development, both in the workplace and in society. Together, these days show how effective HR practices and diversity and inclusion go hand in hand.
