Our EU4 Good Governance project (implemented by the Ecorys - Particip- PAI Consortium) has provided technical assistance to enhance the draft Cross-Sector Strategy on Anticorruption 2024-2030 and its Action Plan 2024-2026. The final Draft Strategy was launched for public consultation and in this framework the project supported the organisation of meetings during 22-25 July 2024 with 4 different target groups. The draft strategy was shared and discussed with the public and non-public actors including partner institutions, local government, civil society, private sector, academia and media. The feedback and proposals provided were of crucial importance to achieve higher standards of fight against corruption in Albania. The EU4GG project will continue its support to the implementation and monitoring of the Strategy.

The IMF Report on Cameroon for December 2023 here attached didn't give a true picture as to the situation of Cameroon in its ANNEX 1,Page 120 with regards to Organs for the the Control and the Fight against Corruption.Although mention is made of the Ministry of Public Contracts with regards to the Control of Award and the External Control of Public Contracts per Article 47 of the 20th june 2018 Public Contracts Code,they didn't make allusion of the Authority in charge of Public Contracts per Article 50 of same.Infact,this Article designates the Minister of Public Contracts the Authority in charge of Public Contracts.In this capacity,he sees into the proper functioning of the Public Contracs System,sanctions authors of bad practices in the public contracts ...
