I feel like I *just* made a "we're hiring" post for Compound Content Studio, but I'm back again... Excited to share that the team is continuing to grow! We're currently on the search for a B2B Content Writer (with a focus on LinkedIn and X content). Here's some context on the company, the role, and the comp. 1. What is Compound? Compound Content Studio is an agency building social-led content engines for B2B companies. We serve B2B clients primarily in the marketing tech, fintech, and eCommerce infrastructure fields. 2. Why work at Compound? We have continued to grow at a notable pace month over month since inception in early 2023. More importantly, all of our growth has been through word of mouth from happy clients so far. Companies find our service valuable and there is obvious demand for it in the market that isn’t slowing down. As the company continues to grow, the opportunities for our team grow as alongside it. We are still in the early days and building out the core team at Compound. This core team will have the opportunity to ascend within the company. One of the projects I'm most proud of is the internal training program that we run every writer on our team through. It will rapidly level up your understanding and ability in copywriting for LinkedIn, X, and other mediums. If you’re a writer early in your career, this will be a fast track to making your valuable in the marketplace. This is a great stop for a young, hungry marketer early in their career (I know I might be biased). 3. What's the role and the comp? You'll work with myself and our Head of Content to strategize and execute social media content with an emphasis on platforms like LinkedIn + Twitter/X.
