Weekend thoughts: The cause of a problem is always in here, not out there. The crux of poor #decisionmaking is the assumption that a problem's #cause is "out there" rather than "in here." Isn't it ridiculous to blame something (or someone else), to shift responsibility away from ourselves? (often by exhibiting #anger ) Here is an example of how #systemsthinking can help alleviate anger better. (I used the mix of stock-flow and casual-loop-diagrams (CLD) to explain it better #visualthinking .) #systems #system #visualstorytelling Side note:  Anger is a common scenario for everyone, often resulting from our failure to retrospect the problem from a system perspective. As per #psychologists , Anger is the worst self-punishment. #psychology
