At Priory, we want our colleagues to feel their voice counts, and that they can share their opinions, make suggestions and drive improvements. Importantly, we want everyone who works here to feel safe to speak up if they have any concerns. This year’s colleague engagement survey results show the impact of the steps we have taken to embed an open, transparent culture and raise awareness of our network of Freedom to Speak Up Champions across Priory: • 83% of colleagues who responded to the survey felt that their team was always looking at ways to improve and deliver a better service – up 3% points on 2023 • 72% agreed that they are encouraged to come up with new ideas or better ways of working – up 3% points on 2023 • 77% believed that if they had any concerns they would feel safe to speak up about them – up 1% point on 2023 • 76% felt that if they raised a concern about bullying, harassment or discrimination, Priory would take it seriously – up 3% points on 2023 • 60% said they had seen or heard about positive changes since the last survey – up 12% points on 2023 and up 36% on 2021 Looking for a new role?
