COMPTON UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT’s Post

100 CUSD scholars from 10 elementary schools had the amazing experience of going to camp recently. The students spent four nights and five days at Camp Harmony Summer Camp in Ojai, California, enjoying an experience that created memories for a lifetime. While at Camp Harmony, Compton Unified scholars from Bursch, Carver, Clinton, Kennedy, King, Laurel Street, Longfellow, McKinley, McNair, and Tibby Elementary Schools participated in activities such as hiking, arts and crafts, sports, games, and lots more. Camp Harmony is a non-profit, sleepaway camp that hosts approximately 300 campers from areas in and around Los Angeles County. More than 30 different activities a day keep children engaged, excited, enriched, and athletic. #camp #summercamp #camping #CampHarmony #UnitedinHarmony #comptonunified #elevate
