The things I noticed in my job hunting journey. Part 1 As I scan through different job postings in all online job portals, I see huge disparities in salary ranges between Cebu and NCR, especially within the HR/TA field. Junior Recruiters with 2-year recruitment experience requirement in Manila is offering 45-50k monthly, while Cebu offers 25-30k monthly with the same requirement. I also saw a job opening for Recruitment Manager in Cebu with an offer of 30k monthly, while they offer 100k in Manila. The significant gap in compensation for similar roles with the same experience requirements is concerning and can indeed lead to professionals considering relocation to Manila or seeking opportunities abroad.
