The people who lead our firms are the ones who ultimately make all of the decisions that impact every aspect of the firm, including its success, culture, standards, integrity, and so much more. Before a vote is taken, there are deep discussions about a candidates ethics, credibility, team mentality, client service standards, skills, experience, and other qualities that define a good leader.
