I deeply resonate with this. When we prioritize individual wellbeing our teams experience deep connection which leads to a sense of “being seen.” When people feel “seen” they often feel comfortable sharing their inherit genius. There is nothing more exciting than working with people who are lit up! In my experience, workplaces who lean in to this real time dynamism will benefit from both creativity and productivity. P.S. I also have noticed that wellbeing needs change often in relation to an employee’s personal life and role maturation. I’d argue individuals would benefit from both a wellbeing plan and career plan working simultaneously in real-time.
