Managing Partner Erin Higgins presented at the American Bar Association’s Legal Malpractice Conference in Vancouver on September 19. In their presentation, “Through the Woods: Navigating Malpractice Risks Across Specialized Fields,” Erin, pictured here with her co-presenters, discussed the emerging trends and developments in the areas of law from which most malpractice claims arise.
