Project spotlight - Shamrock Rovers F.C. We take immense pride in delivering high-quality projects, and it’s been a fantastic journey so far at Tallaght Stadium. With Shamrock Rovers F.C.'s exciting fixture schedule ahead, our team has hit the ground running to modernise the changing rooms on time as part of the stadium's overall upgrade project. From leveling floors to repositioning facilities, every milestone showcases the excellence in execution and dedication of our crew. We’re proud to play a part in the continued growth of this remarkable club. It’s truly inspiring to see an Irish team competing at such a high level in European football, and we’ll be cheering loudly when they take on Molde Fotballklubb on February 20th. A big thank you to Nicola Coffey, South Dublin Co. Co. and the entire Shamrock Rovers team. Here’s to keeping Irish football shining bright on the European stage! ☘️⚽ #ConneallyGroup #ShamrockRovers #UEFAConferenceLeague #IrishFootball #ConstructionExcellence #Teamwork #southdublincountycouncil

Stadium Manager Tallaght Stadium

As part of the stadium upgrade project which saw the North Stand built, along with improvements to hospitality and media facilities in the main building, it was hoped we’d be able to modernise the changing rooms under the same umbrella. Time and fixtures weren’t in our favour and therefore we decided to wait until the off season to undertake this project. Shamrock Rovers F.C. outstanding success in the UEFA Conference League meant we’d football right up until the 12th of December. The first leg of knock out phase of the Conference League is scheduled for the 13th of February, meaning technically we’d 9 weeks, (including Christmas and New Year!) to get these works completed. Step in the Conneally Group who arrived at 8am on Friday the 13th of December and have worked tirelessly to date, to keep this project on schedule and have the stadium ready for Shamrock Rovers F.C. v MOLDE FOTBALLKLUBB on the 20th of February and the Football Association of Ireland WNT v Turkey on the 21st. 📸 1: Thursday 12th Dec, SRFC v Borac UEFA Conference League. 📸 2: Friday 13th Dec, works begin. 📸 3: Thursday 9th Jan, floors levelled, toilet block repositioned. 📸 4: Tuesday 14th Jan, new flooring installed. ✅: Thursday 15th, new units being installed. A great start to the new year and further confirmation of the ongoing commitment from South Dublin County Council to continuously improve Tallaght Stadium.
