Let’s Give Fresh Talent a Chance! 📢   Hey, LinkedIn fam! Can we talk about something that’s been bugging me lately? Yes, its about the fairness in entry-level hiring. I believe everyone deserves a shot at their dream job, regardless of experience. To stand up for all the fresh grads out there, facing challenges, I’m speaking out to create a change.   You know how it goes – you see a job listing that says, “no prior experience necessary,” but then they turn around and say, “sorry, you don’t have enough experience.” It’s frustrating, right? How are new grads supposed to get experience if nobody gives them a chance?   Okay, let’s talk about those job descriptions asking for minimum 3 – 5 years of experience for entry level roles. It’s like asking for a unicorn, right? Recent grads, including me, have worked really hard to earn their degrees, only to hit a roadblock of experience requirements.   Then there’s the whole rejection process... Spending hours on job applications, only to get a "thanks, but no thanks" email with zero feedback – it’s disheartening, to say the least! And ghosting candidates after the applications processes is another unethical practice that has become all too common! Every minute spent waiting for a response is torture.   But here’s the thing, remember everybody were freshers once and behind all those resumes are real people with real dreams. Its time to show some kindness and give these fresh faces a chance to shine. Try to understand that they are eager to learn, hungry to grow, and ready to make a difference.   So, to all the hiring teams out there, let’s level the playing field and give fresh talent the opportunity they deserve.
